CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Last Updated: August 29, 2026

Sold On Scene understands that schedules change, listings move, and unexpected circumstances happen. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and payment commitments are handled for Sold On Scene services.

This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and any service-specific terms provided at checkout.

1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

Because Sold On Scene reserves capacity and may begin strategy, research, planning, preparation, creative development, or other work shortly after a purchase is made, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

Completed services, delivered digital materials, completed strategy work, and other services already rendered are non-refundable.

A client's decision not to use or complete a purchased service does not automatically entitle the client to a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.

2. RESCHEDULING

Clients should provide at least 48 hours' notice when requesting to reschedule a scheduled call, production session, Content Day, Listing Launch production date, or other appointment.

When sufficient notice is provided, Sold On Scene will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date based on availability.

Requests made less than 48 hours before a scheduled service may be subject to a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of the scheduled session.

Exceptions may be made by Sold On Scene for emergencies or extraordinary circumstances.

3. LATE ARRIVALS & MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and being prepared for scheduled services.

Late arrival does not guarantee an extension of the scheduled service time.

A missed appointment without reasonable notice may be considered fulfilled and may require an additional payment to schedule another session.

4. CONTENT DAY CANCELLATIONS

Content Day purchases reserve production capacity and include preparation performed before the scheduled production date.

If a client needs to move a Content Day, Sold On Scene will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session when appropriate notice is provided.

Cancellation after planning or preparation has begun does not automatically qualify for a refund.

If a payment plan is attached to the purchase, cancellation or nonattendance does not automatically cancel remaining payments associated with work already committed or performed, subject to applicable law and the terms accepted at checkout.

5. LISTING LAUNCH CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Real estate timelines can change quickly. If a property's listing date changes, the client should notify Sold On Scene as soon as possible.

Sold On Scene will make reasonable efforts to adjust the marketing or production schedule but cannot guarantee availability for a replacement date.

If a property is delayed, withdrawn, placed under contract, sold, or otherwise changes status after Sold On Scene has begun work, payments already made are not automatically refundable.

At Sold On Scene's discretion, eligible unused work may be rescheduled, transferred to another qualifying property, or issued as a service credit.

6. VISIBILITY PARTNERSHIP

The Visibility Partnership is a three-month commitment totaling $2,991.

The payment schedule consists of:

Payment 1: $997 due at checkout
Payment 2: $997 approximately one month after purchase
Payment 3: $997 approximately two months after purchase

Purchasing the Visibility Partnership represents a commitment to the complete three-month engagement rather than three separate month-to-month purchases.

A client's decision to discontinue participation, delay communication, miss calls, or not utilize available services does not automatically cancel the remaining payment obligation.

Any early termination or exception must be approved by Sold On Scene in writing, subject to applicable law.

7. PAYMENT PLANS

Selecting a payment plan does not reduce the total purchase price of the service.

The client authorizes charges according to the payment schedule presented and accepted at checkout.

Failure or inability to complete a scheduled payment does not automatically cancel the underlying purchase or amount owed.

Sold On Scene may pause services and withhold undelivered work while an account has an overdue balance.

8. CANCELLATION BY SOLD ON SCENE

If Sold On Scene must cancel a scheduled service, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the service.

If Sold On Scene permanently cannot provide a purchased service and an appropriate replacement or rescheduled service cannot be agreed upon, the client may receive a refund or credit corresponding to the portion of the service that was not provided.

9. HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE

Cancellation and rescheduling requests should be submitted in writing to:

hello@getsoldonscene.com

Please include your name, service purchased, scheduled date if applicable, and the reason for your request. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund, credit, transfer, or requested rescheduling date will be approved.
